The Index also analyzes publicly available or licensed information about AI-related business activity. The purpose is to identify and summarize business-model evidence, not to build profiles of private individuals.

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning access, correction or deletion of personal information. A dedicated privacy-contact method should be published with the production domain before collecting material user-submitted personal data.
